Absolutel shocking quality. Got a few t shirts, its like wearing a plastic bag. terrible terrible terrible quality.. avoid at all costs. I only gave 1 star because I had to.

Really disappointed… Placed an order on 11th May, tracking information available up to 19th May saying Arrive at end delivery company. Nothing after that, there is no record of the order with delivery company fastway and no way of contacting SHEIN. No sign of my order…. Won’t be ordering again.

Hello, before i was angry because my packages come late and many bad review i saw. But i keep waiting and talk with the Agent, I thought my packages was lost but they just came late/delay, my order should come 8 May but it came today 11 May, so just late a little bit. So if you worry you can contact the agent or waiting a little bit longer. This is my 4th times order from Shein, they came ontime only the 4th was a late. But it is fine because it came with good condition and complete items.

I was abt to make a order until a saw that shein is trending on tiktok and not for a good reason. The packaging started having fleas and they've had fleas coming in packages since about the beginning of march. If you do buy from shein while this is happening please remember to sanitize and wash everything you purchase. There are many diseases you can get from these fleas so please be careful and spread this around! :)

Ive been a customer of Shein for a few years now, my teen age girls love them! very afordable, on trend with great range .. can’t fault this company. Items can take a while to arrive sometimes, but we in the UK. Don’t mind when postage cost is free ! It’s a shame to see so many bad reviews for this company. I will continue to use, haven’t let me down yet . Thanku Shein

This is the worst company ever! PLEASE don’t waste your time or money it’s not worth it. I placed a my first small order last year. Then this year I placed a larger order on Jan 31, 2021. Did not receive an update after Feb 10, 2021. Kept tracking and waited for an update. After a week of no updates I contacted SHEIN. No response!
SHEIN finally got back and suggested I contact USPS. I contacted USPS and they said they didn’t have the package in their hands. I’ve been trying to contact SHEIN again and it’s impossible. USPS wasn’t the one lying about my package. THE REVIEWS SAY IT ALL. THEY’RE A SCAM! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE?! DON’T BUY

I really like SHEIN, I mainly buy household items, kitchen stuff etc and it’s all been great. I have purchased some clothing and shoes and again they’ve been great. Delivery is normally a lot quicker than advertised, I’d say it normally arrives within 14 days which is good. I also love the SHEIN points! Great way to get return customers. Some items may come a lot smaller than expected but you just need to check before you purchase what the actual measurements are :-)

I chose free shipping when I qualified for express but was charged for express shipping and now I have to pay custom fees

I'm not sure about their clothing but their bathing suits are super sexy! They are padded and the bottoms are cut just right. The fabric is on the thicker side. I usually order from Victoria Secret and now I will be ordering from here instead! 5 stars for me. Also, I received them in less than a week!
